The Aluminum Composite Panel Silicone Joint Facade System is a closed‑joint cladding assembly in which Z‑bent panels are carried by hanger brackets and joints are filled with backer rod and silicone sealant. A 10 mm - 20 mm joint width delivers a crisp, linear façade expression. With vertical anchoring only, the subframe is lighter and building dead load is reduced. Punched vertical slots engage the hangers; horizontally, Z‑bent edges are screw‑fastened to enhance wind resistance and limit noise transmission, while full silicone sealing improves rain resistance. Panel replacement and repair can be localized. Pre‑installation is longer-cutting, grooving, punching and bending and sealant application on both axes slows installation; bending increases material offcuts. A high wind and rain‑resistant Aluminum Composite Panel cladding option where a linear joint aesthetic is desired.
