ACP03 Composite Joint Facade System is an open‑joint‑appearance façade in which Z‑bent panels are screw‑fastened to vertical anchor profiles; to conceal screw heads and prevent air/water ingress through fastener penetrations, ACP cover strips precision‑matched to the joint width are bonded over a thin silicone bead. The façade reads flush with refined shadow lines. Vertical‑only anchoring lightens the subframe and reduces dead load. Vertically, Z‑bent edges fix to anchors; horizontally, Z‑bent panels are screw‑coupled to increase wind resistance and limit noise transmission; silicone‑bonded cover strips together with the Z‑geometry improve rain resistance. Panel replacement and repair can be localized. Pre‑installation is extended by cutting and Z‑bending, and installation by bonding cover strips; while bending tends to raise scrap, anticipated off‑cuts are repurposed as cover strips within the joints, keeping waste at an acceptable level. Suitable for projects targeting a flush expression with high wind and rain performance.
