GCW01 - Cassette Facade System

GCW01 Cassette Facade System is a capless, sealed‑joint curtain wall in which glass lites are structurally bonded (SSG) to aluminum cassette frames, and the cassettes are hung on the primary mullion‑transom frame. Wet silicone perimeter seals with multi‑layer EPDM gaskets, together with pressure equalization and drainage, deliver air‑ and water‑tightness while achieving a continuous glass appearance. Factory pre‑assembly enables fast, repeatable installation; a concealed vent can be integrated per module. Vertical/horizontal load transfer, wind suction/pressure, thermal expansion and building movement are covered by structural calculations; steel reinforcement is added where required. Correct surface preparation, primer selection and cure control support long service life, making it a reliable, aesthetic and efficient solution for new‑builds and refurbishments.
