GCW02 Covered Curtain Wall Solution mechanically clamps glass units to an aluminum mullion‑transom frame with pressure plates and external cover caps, forming a pressure‑equalized, back‑drained façade; the linear caps read as rhythmic lines across the elevation. A module‑integrated concealed vent aligns with the cap geometry for a unified appearance. Two‑stage gaskets completed by perimeter wet silicone enhance air‑ and water‑tightness, while thermally broken profiles accommodate thermal expansion and building movement. Steel reinforcement is introduced where spans or loads require it; single, double, triple glazing and opaque infills can be combined. A factory‑to‑site workflow supports serial installation, and controlled removal of caps and pressure plates enables localized glass/panel replacement, maintenance and repair-delivering aesthetics, performance and operational efficiency for new‑builds and refurbishments.
